INZIGN EXPANDS ITS MANUFACTURING FOOTPRINT
Inzign's manufacturing operations are focused in Singapore and Batam, Indonesia, with a total of four (4) cleanrooms (3 are Class 100,000 and 1 Class 10,000) with a floorspace of approximately 7,000 sq m. We employ a mix of European and Japanese electric and conventional haudraulic injection molding machines with tonnages ranging from 80 to 250 Tons, pick and place robots and automated material drying and conveying equipment from Europe
As part of our expansion and growth strategy, Inzign has established a new facility outside of Singapore, in the Riau Province of Indonesia on Batam island. The manufacturing facility will be modeled after our Singapore operations, with the facility similarly certified to ISO 13485 standards.
Because of the lower costs of labour, our customers can leverage on this to manually assemble products competitively. Medical products manufactured in Batam and exported via Singapore under the Integrated Sourcing Initiative of the US-Singapore Free Trade Agreement will enjoy tariff free status
