We have manufacturing operations in Singapore and Batam.

Our total production capability features:

» Four cleanrooms (three are Class 100,000 and one is Class 10,000)
» A floorspace of approximately 7,000 square metres
» Cutting edge European and Japanese electric and conventional hydraulic injection molding machines (tonnages between 80 - 250 tons)
» Close loop robotic arms
» State-of-the-art European automated material drying and conveying equipment

The new facility in Batam is modelled after our Singapore facility and is similarly certified to ISO 13485 standards.

The key advantage of our Batam facility is the alternative cost solution that it provides for our customers. Thanks to Batam's vast labour pool and lower costs, our customers can manually assemble their products more competitively while still maintaining their high quality standards.

Additionally, medical devices manufactured in Batam and exported through Singapore benefit from no tariffs thanks to the Integrated Sourcing Initiative of the US-Singapore Free Trade Agreement.
